    • Mr. Guthrie is the managing broker of both our Colorado and Texas offices, and handles the majority of both our tenant and owner real estate sales and purchases. He is uniquely suited to this task as he is a real estate investor himself and understands the market very well - making him the perfect guide if you are seeking assistance with landing your first investment property.

      Paul has been involved with the company since its founding in 2005 and has helped with its growth every step of the way - to the point where he purchased Investor's Realty in 2013. During this time, he has brought in over 400 properties for us to manage - many of which have now been in our portfolio for over a decade.

      Finally Mr. Guthrie is the team leader for both our seasoned and new employees in both offices, and has helped all of grow our knowledge and and talent in this difficult field.
